UMCUA is:
An association founded in October of 2002 by Credit Unions whose fields of membership include agencies, clergy, church members, colleges, health care employees and/or staff of the United Methodist Church.
Credit Unions that have similar fields of membership, share common goals, needs, and issues.
Credit Unions that work together in a collaborative effort to share ideas and suggestions regarding marketing, policies, regulations, etc. Some UMCUA Credit Unions may be state chartered, federally chartered and/or community chartered.
